- Job description

• Work directly with clients regarding project requirements.
• Manage projects comprehensively, including planning, control, processes, tasks, scope, timeline/progress, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risks, documentation, stakeholders, etc.
• Proactively propose solutions for project functionalities.
• Ensure project implementation aligns with the client's plan.
• Handle some tasks related to specific company projects.

- Job requirements

• Japanese have knowledge and experience in project management.
• Ability to handle work pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to create and present schedules, and analyses, and work independently.
• Able to work under high pressure, energetic, responsible, and have good communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, good algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to read and understand technical English is an advantage.
• Additional requirements related to specific company projects.
