Requirements:

From 2-3 years of recruitment experience in IT field
Recruiting experience on Ruby on rails is preferred
Networt IT
Priority is given to graduating from majors in human resource management, understanding of Law
Good teamwork skills
Good communication, persuasion, negotiation skills
